Pickup and Collection

Collect your purchase from La Racine at 4238 Frost Street, Marshall, Virginia. We do not currently ship or deliver retail purchases.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready. Furniture pickups must be arranged in advance. Contact info@laracine.com to arrange collection.

You may collect your purchase yourself or choose, book and pay your own mover directly. Please review their terms, damage coverage and claims process. If someone is collecting for you, tell us their name or company and authorize them to collect your order.

Please bring the help and equipment needed to safely load your purchase. Loading assistance may be available but cannot be guaranteed. Bring a suitable vehicle and protective packing.

Please inspect your purchase with us at collection. Report suspected transit damage promptly to your mover, and contact us about any concern with the item we supplied.

Design-project and special-order arrangements are agreed separately before purchase.
